As I write more about the various calibers that I enjoy shooting, you’ll probably realize that the various .32 handgun cartridges are something of an obsession for me. When I started casting and reloading for the .32 S&W long I quickly discovered that the major Mold makers didn’t really offer a lot of options for the caliber compared to a lot of others. For every design that was available for the .32 there must have been a dozen for the .38/.357 calibers.
Today there are more options for the .32 than there used to be, but it’s still and under served portion of the market. As a result I’ve spent a lot of time and energy putting together a collection of molds that might give me the chance to see how various designs might perform in my guns. The site is called Rare Bullets for a reason, many of the designs that I offer in .32 caliber are at the very least uncommon, if not downright rare. Some of my .32 molds haven’t been in production for over 100 years, some are still available as originals or as reproductions, but a number are not.
Below is a list of the bullet molds in the .32 caliber collection. Each mold name will have a link to the page describing the bullet, the mold, and some info on my experience with the design.
